YOGA & MEDITATION
Jeanne’s Happy Flow Yoga class will take you out of your head and gently move you into your body. She will encourage you to stay connected to your breath, while challenging yourself and making sure to honor your bodies individual needs. Her Joyful, upbeat music will inspire you to move with a smile on your face. Jeanne believes that the connection you make with your body through yoga, will reverse the inner and outer effects of aging. "Why not get better with age?"
